I founded CYS Financial to provide specialist, high-integrity advice to private clients, property professionals, investors, and developers who want funding solutions .
With over 15 years in banking and specialist property finance, including senior roles at HSBC across Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking, I bring both technical expertise and real-world lending insight to every case. I now help property developers, portfolio landlords, and UHNW investors structure and secure the right funding for their projects, no matter how simple or complex.
I cover the full spectrum of property finance — development finance, bridging loans, HMO and MUFB lending, PBSA, commercial and semi-commercial mortgages, residential mortgages, and portfolio refinancing. I work with specialist lenders, mainstream banks, and private banks to ensure each client receives a funding solution tailored to align with their strategy.
My approach is hands-on, transparent, and relationship-led. I take the time to understand your objectives, analyse the numbers, and translate complex lending criteria into clear, practical options so you can make confident decisions.
