Christine founded CYS Financial to provide specialist, high-integrity advice to private clients, property professionals, investors, and developers who want funding solutions .
With over 15 years’ experience in banking and specialist property finance, including senior roles at HSBC across Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking, Christine brings deep technical expertise and real-world lending insight to every transaction. She works with property developers, portfolio landlords, and UHNW investors to structure and secure funding for projects of varying scale and complexity.
Christine advises across the full spectrum of property finance, working with specialist lenders, mainstream banks, and private banks to deliver solutions aligned with each client’s strategy. Her approach is hands-on, transparent, and relationship-led, translating complex lending criteria into clear, practical options. Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, she also supports international investors building UK property portfolios.
