Hello my name is Christine and I run this blog and IG channel @propertyfinance101

I live in leafy Surrey with my husband, daughter and our little cockerpoo. I love of all things relating to property. I started my blog and IG channel in the summer of 2023. I use this blog as an outlet to share my love of property, health and fitness. I hope this blog will inspire all to stay informed, be financially literate, stay active, and fit. Since then, both my blog and channel have evolved to property, fashion, lifestyle as well as the odd bit of tech that has been a game changer for my daily routine. I love watching other inspiring videos so thought I would give it a go myself! All views are my own personal views.

That said, as much as I love blogging and vlogging, I also love my day job, which is currently running my own specialist brokerage company - CYS Financial. I am an ex-banker and currently working as a Specialist Broker. I find funding solutions to commercial and residential developers, investors and landlords.
